We’ve rebranded our Expedited Shipping service to QuickShip! This change brings you the same reliable, speedy delivery you trust, but with a name that better reflects its fast-paced nature. QuickShip ensures your orders are processed and shipped with priority, getting your products into your customers’ hands as quickly as possible.

Where You’ll See QuickShip:

• Orders Dashboard & Details: Look for “QuickShip” in the “Shipping Method” column and ‘Order History’ section.

• Shipping Preferences: Set QuickShip as your default shipping method.

• Spreadsheet: Column AA for CSV Order Import now shows “Use QuickShip Method.”

QuickShip Availability:

You can easily identify products eligible for QuickShip on our revamped catalog page. Just look for the QuickShip tag or use the quick filter below the search bar.

Navigating our catalog has never been easier! You can now access the catalog page outside of the product creation flow. Browse our extensive product offerings directly, without needing to click on ‘Create Product.’ This means you can explore, select, and add products to your ‘My Products’ list seamlessly.

We’re excited to unveil a stunning new design for our product cards on the catalog page. The updated design provides a clearer, more comprehensive view of each product, ensuring you have all the information you need at your fingertips.

1. Product Badge, Thumbnail & Name: Each card prominently displays the product image along with its name, allowing for quick and easy identification. Relevant badges, like “New” or “Popular” are also visible to highlight key product features.

2. Shipping Tag: Look for the “QuickShip” tag, indicating that this product is eligible for our expedited shipping service.

3. Total Cost (Excl. Tax): This section shows a transparent breakdown of the base cost, which varies according to your account’s tier, and the shipping cost, giving you the full picture at a glance without needing to click anywhere else.

4. Size Range: The available sizes for the product are clearly listed, catering to your diverse needs.

5. Color Palette: The color options are visually displayed. With a simple click, the palette expands or collapses, and you can hover over any color swatch to see its name.

6. Design Template: Quick access to download the design template directly from the product card, streamlining your workflow.

7. Product Features: Icons or text indicators such as “Custom Return Address” help you quickly assess if a product meets your needs.

8. Production Time: Estimated production and shipping times are displayed, allowing you to plan accordingly.

9. Pricing Catalog & Tier Pricing: A direct link to the pricing catalog is included, providing easy access to all tier prices, including Power Tier pricing, ensuring you’re fully informed of your best pricing options.
